Scam Alert: Beware of TDS Refund Fraud (Income Tax Returns) (Nancy Agarwal Fake CA)

Hi Everyone,

This is a serious warning that I need you all to pay attention to. There’s a scammer going by the name of Nancy Aggarwal (Nancy Agarwal, Nancy Agrawal) who is actively targeting people with promises of securing your TDS refund. She claims to have “special connections” within the Income Tax department that can help you get a refund—but there’s a huge catch!

Here’s how it works:

Nancy will dazzle you with her so-called "inside contacts" and convince you to pay an unrealistic commission—usually 25% to 35% of the refund amount.

If you fall for her smooth talk and pay up, you will NOT receive your refund. Instead, you’ll end up with an ITR notice and all kinds of tax-related issues.

But that’s not all. Even if you share your ITR credentials with her (which I strongly advise against), she will file bogus claims in your name, potentially leaving you with serious legal and financial trouble.

Now, the worst part: Nancy Agarwal is not acting alone. The mastermind behind this fraud is Nikhil Gupta and Yashi Gupta, operating under the name NYG and Associates. This entire operation is a scam, and they are just pimps using your financial information for their own gain.
